Forgotten Dreams: Meditations on Narrative Space

Forgotten Dreams: Meditations on Narrative Space is an immersive, site-specific installation shaped by memories of family loss and Korean funeral traditions. Symbolic images drawn from family photographs and spatial sound reconfigure the gallery, translating rituals of mourning into a contemporary audiovisual language and bringing private grief into a collective experience. Rather than treating death only as absence, the work invites the audience to encounter loss as a process of passage, connection, and remembrance, offering space for reflection and emotional solace.
